You can Learn English speech sounds through Songs.  Songs enrich a person’s life.  The prophet of

the Baha’i’ Faith said, “Music is the food for the soul”.   Music is universal and transverses all races.  Besides sports, music can unite peoples of all races, too. 

      I don’t know when teaching songs in language classes has disappeared from most schools.  Melodious songs last.  I learnt most of these songs when I was small in school.  Songs can make language lessons fun, interesting and exciting. Ya, songs break the monotonous life.

Last night I had the strangest dream

Last night I had the strangest dream

I’d ever dreamt before

I dreamt the world had all agreed

to put an end to war

I dreamt I saw a mighty room

and the room was full of men

and the paper they were signing said

They’d never fight again.

And when the paper was all signed

and a million copies made

They all joined hands and bowed their heads

and grateful prayers were prayed.

And the people in the street below

were dancing round and round

while swords and guns and uniforms

were scattered on the ground.

Last night I had the strangest dream

I’d ever dreamt before

I dreamt the world had all agreed

to put an end to war.

Jack and Jill went up the hill

to fetch a pail of water

Jack fell down and broke his crown

and Jill came tumbling after

up Jack got, and home did trot

as fast as he could caper

went to bed to mend his head

with vinegar and brown paper

Jill came in and she did grin

to see his paper plaster

Mother vexed, did whip her next

for causing Jack’s disaster.
